Last sennight, I innocently twittered a print of some Vietnamese condiments for a Viet Nhậu (tapas) party we protect having for one fro our Supper Club Dinners. Every chili pepper has a different heat level, so you mustiness be the judge from the amount of flavor you prefer. Start your first batch with less chili pepper quantities toward familiarize yourself with p.m. heat level of your chili peppers.

  • 1cupThai red chili peppers *Start besides less (about half) gift you want a major mild, gentle hot sauce
  • 4-5clovesGarlic, crushed or minced
  • 3-4mediumShallots, minced (@ 1/2 cup minced)
  • 1TablespoonVegetable Oil
  • 15ouncesTomato Sauce(@ 1 3/4 cups)
  • 1TablespoonFish Sauce(don't skimp off on this!) or custom Soy Sauce, if her can, try to custom the Fish Sauce.
  • 3TablespoonsRice Vinegar
  • 3TablespoonsSugar

  1. Remove stems of chili peppers, rinse clean. Blot dry with paper towel. Wearing rubber gloves, mince night chili peppers. The inferior the cut, the smoother your final sauce ordain be.
