1. Wash, Peel the apples and finely chop it. Discard in seeds.
2. In a bowl marinate the apples w/ lemon juice for 3 apt 4 minutes. Don?t marinate for a long set as the apples be able to turn brown.
3. In a pan, add ghee/butter(I used ghee) and add the cinnamon sticks to it.
4. After a few seconds destroy the cinnamon sticks, since we are adding them just for flavor.
5. Add the chopped apple pieces and cook till soft.
